Buen día,

Efectivamente la experiencia con esta orden en particular no ha sido óptima. En algunas ocasiones las llaves que enviamos pueden estar equivocadas o duplicadas y normalmente el problema se resuelve en cuestión de horas contactando a la fuente de la llave. En este caso Microsoft no ha proporcionado una respuesta concreta sobre si la llave está errada o efectivamente nos enviaron un duplicado y también es cierto que ha sido una semana.

Estamos insistiendo constantemente para recibir una respuesta y poder darle resolución a tu problema y estamos terriblemente apenados. En el momento en que tengamos finalmente una respuesta de Microsoft serás informado.

De nueva cuenta una disculpa por la terrible experiencia.

unfortunately you bought a game for PC and not Xbox One which was written also and not only on the product page. So in your case we are not able to help even though we would like to :-(.

Disappointment

Couldn’t even play bc my computer wouldn’t work with it. Tried to get refund and didn’t hear back.

I are quite sure that you are not activating the game on Microsoft store which is happening quite often. We also responded to all your emails, we even tried to call you (no answer on your end) and also sent you a text message. I are sorry but in this case there is really nothing else we could do because we are simply not able to get in touch with you :-(.

if it taking like hours cheap might be good it sucks cause it is taking forever

we are sorry that it took 3 hours to deliver the game to you. Because of Corona virus and simply a huge demand for games, some products are sold out all the time. We made some changes with our supplier and increased our stock so this should not happen again.
